Hombuja (Hosanagara Taluk, Shimoga District, Karnataka), November 29, 2013: The Deepotsava to Goddess Padmavatidevi at Sri Kshetra Hombuja was performed on Friday, November 29, 2013 under the guidnace of His Holiness Swasti Sri Deveendrakeerthi Bhattarkaha Swamji of Hombuja Jain Math. On one of the days of Kartika Masa every year special pooja is performed to Goddess Padmavati along with the Deepotsava. The idol of Goddess Padmavati was taken in a procession in a small chariot at Hombuja. Besides this the Parshwanath Swamy temple & Padmavatidevi temple is decorated with lights. – Sri Kshetra Hombuja
